DisplaySnapshotsContainers

The workshop recording is a computer

A data-literacy trainer runs a three-hour live workshop on cleaning survey data in LibreOffice Calc. Afterward, attendees get the recording. Recordings get watched once, at 1.5x, and forgotten.

This time the trainer ends the session by snapshotting the container: the workbook with every formula built that afternoon, the raw data, the three mistakes and their fixes. Each attendee gets a display URL pointing at their own clone of that snapshot.

An attendee opens it a month later. The desktop is exactly as the workshop ended. They click into cell F14, read the formula, change it, see what breaks. Restore the snapshot and try again.

Forty clones on one flat-rate server, most untouched most days, costing nothing extra idle.

A video shows what the instructor did. A snapshot lets you do it.
