Replay this morning's incident to the whole team

It's 2pm. The 7am incident is being post-mortemed. Six engineers want to walk through the exact log sequence the on-call SRE saw at the time. Pasting screenshots loses the timing. Sharing a file means everyone scrolls at their own speed.

You replay. From the snapshot of incident-time logs in hoody-files, you cat incident.log | pv -L 50k | curl -T - https://.../api/v1/pipe/replay?n=8. The pv rate-limit slows the replay to a readable pace. Eight engineers curl ?n=8 and watch the bytes scroll past in lockstep. Everyone sees the same line at the same moment.

When the cascade fires in real time on six terminals at once, the conversation changes. People stop arguing about what happened and start watching what happened. The pipe doesn't store the replay: when it ends, it's gone. Run it again for whoever joined late.

The post-mortem isn't a doc. It's a stream everyone watches together.
