One sandbox per customer, automatically

Your SaaS has 400 customers. In a normal architecture, they all share one database with a tenant_id column on every table, and you spend a lot of energy making sure tenant A never sees tenant B's data.

In Hoody, each customer gets their own container. Their own filesystem. Their own SQLite. Their own URL. The "isolation" isn't a column you remember to filter on: it's the operating system between them.

When a new customer signs up, an exec script clones a "fresh customer" snapshot into a new container. Sixty seconds later they have a fully provisioned environment. When a customer leaves, you delete the container. When one customer needs custom config, you change theirs without touching the other 399.

Idle customers cost nothing. Active ones scale on demand. The whole thing runs on $49 of bare metal until you have hundreds of paying users.

Multi-tenancy stops being an architecture problem. It becomes a cp command.
