Send the session, not a screen recording
Your agent found the bug in an instructive way, and a teammate wants to see how. The reflex is a screen recording: twenty minutes of scrolling, narrated.
Every Hoody agent session already keeps its own record. GET /api/v1/agent/sessions/{id}/transcript returns the persisted conversation: messages, tool calls, tool results, turn boundaries: for a live or closed session, and reading it never touches the session's exclusive attach slot, so nobody's work is interrupted. Add ?after_turn=6 and the teammate skips straight to where it got interesting. It's text: they read it in two minutes, grep it, quote it in the postmortem.
Nobody watches anything at 2x speed.
You don't record the session. The session was already a document.
