Spectator mode, shipped in an afternoon

Your product runs browser agents for customers, and the most requested feature isn't accuracy: it's "let me watch." Every job already runs on a container with a display. When a run starts, your backend launches ffmpeg against that display and sends the stream to a pipe path named for the job. The customer's dashboard puts the ?video URL in an iframe.

They watch the agent fill in the forms, live. When the run ends, the stream ends with it. No recording pipeline, no WebRTC stack, no media server: the platform's own primitives became the feature.

Spectator mode sat on the roadmap for a quarter as a media-engineering project. Spectator mode shipped as one ffmpeg line and a URL you already had.
