The sandbox doesn't have a language
Monday, your agent writes Python. Wednesday, it decides the hot path should be Rust. Code-execution products are organized around a runtime, so Wednesday is where the product ends.
A container doesn't care. The terminal runs whatever's installed, and the agent installs whatever it needs: apt-get, cargo, pip. hoody-exec serves TypeScript files as HTTP endpoints. hoody-daemon supervises any executable: when the Rust rewrite builds, it becomes a supervised process one POST later.
The question "does the sandbox support this language" stops having a subject. It's a Linux box; the answer was decided in 1991.
The sandbox doesn't have a language. It has a package manager.
