ContainersSnapshotsAgent

The agent's sandbox is a copy of the developer's machine

Most teams that adopt agents end up running two platforms: one for human dev environments, one for agent sandboxes. Two golden images to maintain, two vendors, and a slow drift between the machine your developers use and the machine your agents test in: until an agent's green run fails on a human's box.

On Hoody, there's one substrate. Developers work in containers copied from the team snapshot. When an agent picks up a task, it gets a container copied from the same snapshot: same packages, same versions, same config. What passes in the agent's sandbox passes on the developer's machine, because they're the same machine, twice.

One image. One platform. Zero drift between the species.

The agent's sandbox is a copy of the developer's machine.
