The sandbox has a desktop, because it's a computer

A customer asks your agent to install a desktop tool, configure it, and verify the result on screen. In a code-execution sandbox, that task falls outside the shape of the product. In a Hoody container, it's Tuesday.

The sandbox is a full Linux machine. hoody-display serves a desktop. hoody-browser serves a Chromium the agent drives with /browse, /eval, and /screenshot. A cron table schedules the follow-up check. A SQLite database holds what it found. All of it was already in the room when the container started.

The tasks your agent product can accept stop being defined by what a runtime cell permits and start being defined by what Linux permits.

The sandbox stops being a code cell and starts being a computer.
