On-prem without a datacenter: the customer rents the box, you deploy into it

The enterprise customer wants your agent product on infrastructure they control. Their procurement language says on-premise. Their ops team does not want to run a datacenter.

They rent a Hoody server in their own account, in their own country, and create a pool. They invite your account into it with the User role. You deploy the agent containers onto their machine and operate what you deployed. You cannot run server commands, because those answer only to the account that rents the hardware, and that isn't you.

The customer holds the rental, the location, and the off switch. You hold the product. Their data never enters a machine you pay for, and your code runs on a machine they do.

On-prem stopped meaning a rack in the basement and started meaning a server in their name.
