The deliverable is a desk that keeps working
A pricing consultant finishes a twelve-week engagement. The usual handoff is a 60-slide PDF and a spreadsheet that's stale by the time it's opened.
Instead, the client gets one workspace URL. Panel one: the pricing model, open in LibreOffice Calc on a display. Panel two: the SQLite database the model reads from, browsable. Panel three: a browser on the client's own billing dashboard. A proxy alias makes the URL readable, and a password group keeps it to the client's finance team.
Six months later the client changes a cost assumption. The model recalculates. The database still answers. Nothing was emailed, nothing was re-exported, nobody asked for the latest version.
The consultant keeps the container. The client keeps the URL. The engagement ends. The desk keeps running.
The engagement ends. The desk keeps running.
