CurlTerminal

A QR code on the office wall that ships the build

The standup needs a "ship it" moment. You wrap the deploy POST: git pull, build, restart: into a hoody-curl GET URL. You generate a QR code from the URL and tape it to the wall behind the desks.

Anyone in the room scans the QR with their phone. The browser fetches the URL. hoody-curl forwards the wrapped POST to the terminal endpoint. The build runs. The new version is live before the standup ends.

No app to install. No auth flow asking for a forgotten password. No Slack bot that sometimes works. A sticker on a wall.

The same trick works for "rotate keys," "reset the staging DB," "publish today's newsletter."

The deploy button is whatever surface holds a URL.
