The change window has a diff, and the diff has one key too many

The change ticket says: Tuesday 22:00 to 22:20, update the forty pricing:* keys for the new tiers. Approved, executed, closed.

Change control wants proof the window did what the ticket said and nothing else. On a KV store with an operation log, that proof is a query. GET /api/v1/sqlite/kv/diff?db=app.db&from=1725400800&to=1725402000 returns three lists for the window: created, modified, deleted. Forty-one modified keys. Forty are pricing:*. One is feature:beta_checkout, flipped on by the same session and mentioned nowhere in the ticket.

The reverse check is the same endpoint with keys=: hand it the forty from the ticket and it reports on exactly those. Either question takes a second and needs nobody's memory.
