The pipeline with no vendor in it

A CI/CD pipeline is a webhook, a build, a test run, a deploy, and a message: five things your container can already do, sold back to you as a service with a queue in front of it.

The push webhook POSTs to an exec URL. The script pulls, builds, and runs the tests where the app actually lives. On green, it takes a snapshot and moves the production alias to the new state; on red, it fires a notification with the failing output and touches nothing. Rollback, if you ever want it, is the previous snapshot's restore.

No runner pool, no minutes meter, no YAML dialect. The pipeline is a script on the machine it ships to.

Green snapshots itself; the alias does the deploying.
