Custom domains, the feature, in an afternoon

Every SaaS eventually hits the ticket: "can we run this on app.ourbrand.com?" The honest answer is usually a quarter of cert automation, routing tables, and renewal edge cases.

On Hoody, each customer already has a container. Your onboarding flow POSTs a proxy alias for it, shows the customer one DNS instruction: CNAME app.ourbrand.com to the alias hostname: and the platform issues and renews the certificate on its own. Path routing on the alias decides how much of the container the domain can see.

Four hundred tenants means four hundred aliases, not four hundred certificates you babysit. The white-label tier ships this sprint instead of next year.
