The failed run is still there in the morning

2:14 AM. Run 4187 of your agent product fails in a way runs 1 through 4186 didn't. On a teardown platform, the evidence left with the sandbox: you have logs, and logs are a transcript of a room that no longer exists.

On Hoody, the room is still there. The container sits in the exact state the agent left it: the half-written file, the weird lockfile, the process table. Open the terminal URL from bed and look around, or take a snapshot to freeze the state and go back to sleep. In the morning, copy the frozen machine and debug the copy with coffee.

You stop reconstructing failures from logs and start walking through them.

The crime scene doesn't evaporate with the sandbox.
