Stop buying credits

AI builders price in credits: an abstraction over tokens, marked up, expiring, sized so a heavy month hurts. You can't audit a credit.

On Hoody the cost comes apart into two legible pieces. The machine is a flat-rate bare metal server: the agent working all night doesn't move that number. The tokens are either your own provider key, billed by the provider with no Hoody markup, or the Hoody AI Gateway at provider cost plus 5%, drawn from an AI Balance you fund deliberately, firewalled from the server money.

Both numbers are inspectable. Neither is a bundle.
