Drop the whiteboard photo into the terminal from your phone

The architecture discussion ends on a whiteboard. You photograph it. The agent is mid-session in terminal-1 on your container, and a phone screen has nowhere to drag a file onto.

So you post it instead: POST /api/v1/terminal/drop?terminal_id=1 with {"ctx":"drop","items":[{"name":"whiteboard.jpg","b64":"..."}]}. The terminal stages the bytes on the server, seals a manifest, and emits one escape frame into the PTY. Whatever runs in that PTY, the agent, vim, a script waiting on input, receives it exactly as it would receive a file dragged onto a native terminal window. You tell the agent to read whiteboard.jpg and it starts on the boxes and arrows.

A large file takes the three-step path: drop-begin, repeated upload slices, drop-commit. Nothing is visible in the session until commit.

A terminal on a server just accepted a drag-and-drop from a phone that never opened it.
