ContainersAgentSnapshots

Two hundred beta users, one $29 box, zero per-seat infra

You have an agent product, no revenue yet, and a waitlist of 200. Each person needs a real environment the agent can work in.

On a per-environment platform, 200 free users is a monthly bill you pay out of pocket to learn whether the product works. So you let in 20 and call it a private beta.

On Hoody you build one container the way you want it, snapshot it, and copy it 200 times with a loop of create calls. Two hundred containers on one $29 server, each with its own agent, filesystem, and URL. They share disk blocks copy-on-write with the template, and the ones nobody touches burn no CPU. The ten who use it daily get the server's cores. When someone churns, you delete their container.

A free beta stopped being a cost decision and became a create call in a loop.
