Everyone watching the same screens during an incident

3:14 AM. The error rate's climbing. Six engineers wake up across three time zones. Normally that's a Zoom call where one person screen-shares the logs and everyone else types theories into a Slack thread.

Instead, the on-call sends a single workspace URL into the channel. Six engineers open it. Six browsers load the same six panels: prod API logs, worker logs, slow-query log, metrics dashboard, status page, runbook.

When someone tails an additional log in one of the terminal panels, everyone sees it. When the database engineer opens the slow-query view, everyone sees that too. They argue in Slack about what they're all looking at: but they're looking at the same thing, in real time, at full fidelity.

The war room used to be a Zoom call; now it's a URL six people are all looking at.
