Pair on a workspace, not a screen-share

Two engineers pair on a tricky bug. Normally that's a Zoom call where one of them screen-shares while the other squints at compressed pixels and says can you scroll up.

Instead, they share a workspace URL. Code panel, terminal panel, browser panel showing the staging app. Both of them open the link. Both see the same VS Code instance pointed at the same files. Both see the same terminal: when one types, the other watches the keystrokes appear in real time. Both see the staging tab refresh together.

When Alice saves a fix, Bob's editor picks up the change. When Bob runs the test, Alice's terminal panel shows the same output.

They're not watching each other work: they're working in the same room. Pairing stops being a video feed and starts being a shared room.
