Device IDs are encrypted by your unhashed Hoody Key, no one (not even Hoody team) can see your devices list, Hoody uses Argon2+SHA256 as key-hashing algorithm.
How to Add Devices
To add devices, use the Hoody App on the device you wish to add to your account. It will prompt you to add the device to your account.
