The nightly review proposes the prompt change and waits

Your support agent answers four hundred tickets a day. Some answers are wrong the same way every time, and you find out when a customer complains.

At 1am a cron entry starts a reviewer agent. It reads the day's redacted logs from GET /api/v1/agent/logs, clusters the turns where the customer replied that's not what I asked, and finds the pattern: "refund" and "cancel" are being treated as the same request. It files a todo with a run proposal: a two-line prompt change and three test tickets that should now answer differently.

It does not apply the change. A proposal only becomes a worker run when someone POSTs approve. At 9am you read the diff and approve; the worker applies it and runs the three tests.

The agent that improves the agent can only propose; the approve button stays human.
