The handoff folder is a link with ?zip on the end

The engagement ends. The client wants everything: source, assets, exports, documentation.

You don't assemble a deliverable. You take the project directory's files URL and append ?zip. Their browser downloads the entire tree, recursively archived, current as of the moment they clicked. Works against cloud backends too: ?zip&backend=backend_drive pulls a Drive folder down the same way.

The old ritual: zip locally, upload to a transfer service, send a link that expires, re-send it in three weeks when they lost it. The new ritual: send the link once. Whenever they click it, they get the folder as it is now.

You don't prepare the archive; the URL is the archive.
