Browser
The extension is a server-side install
You move between four machines a week: laptop, work desktop, home desktop, the iPad on the train. Each one has a different mix of extensions installed, none of them complete. Bitwarden's there but the YouTube ad-blocker isn't. Vimium on this one, not on that one.
You start a Hoody Browser instance with showBrowser=true, extensionsStoreIds listing the four Chrome Web Store IDs you actually care about, and the iframe_url open in a tab on whatever device you're on. The extensions live on the server. Your password manager, your reader-mode, your shortcut tool, all loaded.
You close the laptop. You open the iPad. The browser is the same browser, with the same extensions, in the same logged-in state.
Your browser extensions used to follow you between machines. Now your browser does.
