Approve a deploy from the toaster

Friday, 4:55 PM. The deploy agent has staged a release. Before it promotes to prod, it POSTs to hoody-notifications: summary: "Deploy v2.41.0: promote?", body: "47 commits, 0 schema changes, smoke tests green", urgency: critical. The notification carries a category: "deploy-approval".

The notification banners on your phone: the display tab is bookmarked there. You tap, the display loads in your browser, the agent's UI shows two big buttons: promote, abort. You tap promote. The agent reads the response from its endpoint and rolls forward.

The reversal: the deploy gate used to be a Slack message, a thread, a "anyone got a sec?", a dashboard URL that 404s on mobile, a final pasted command. Now it's a banner and a tap. The whole approval lives on the lock screen.

The deploy gate moves at the speed of a thumb.
