A weekly metrics report that's just a URL
Every Monday, your VP of Sales asks for "the same numbers as last week, but updated." You used to run a notebook, screenshot the chart, paste it into Slack. By Wednesday she'd ask for one more cut and the cycle restarted.
You write the SELECT once: weekly signups, conversions, revenue by tier, ranked. You base64-encode it. You paste the URL into the recurring calendar invite for the Monday meeting.
She opens the invite, clicks the link, sees this Monday's numbers. Next Monday, same link, next Monday's numbers. The query is read-only by construction: there's no write surface to worry about handing her. The data is whatever lives in the DB at click time.
She bookmarks the URL. The Monday standup gets shorter. You get your Monday morning back.
The report is the query. The query is the URL. The URL never goes stale.
